Markets are kicking off the week on solid footing. The S&P 500 (US 500 CFD) is trading around 6,248.8, up roughly 0.5%. The Nasdaq 100 (US Tech 100 CFD) sits near 22,742.6, also gaining ground. Bitcoin holds steady at $109,000, while Gold (XAU/USD CFD) trades at $3,313.7 per ounce. WTI Crude Oil is hovering around $66.3 per barrel.
The biggest macro themes this week are the delayed July 9 tariff deadline—now extended into early August—and the market’s reaction to last week’s labor data. With Fed minutes, CPI numbers, and earnings season ramping up, we’re heading into a stretch of high event risk. I’m focused on short-term setups that give clean entries with tight invalidation points. As always, these are just my views—this is not financial advice.
